Reservations for individual travelers
Reservation request procedure
For dorm booking, please use the automated service link (http://www.youthhostel.ch).
We do not reserve dorm beds either by phone or e-mail.
A credit card payment is requested. Non members pay a supplement on arrival.
Your stay
Check-in starts at 2 pm. A pre paid reservation allows you to make a late check-in.
We will keep your bed until you show up!
Upon arrival, a valid ID will be required. Geneva law requires every person to complete one (’Art. 56, al. 1 et 2 de la LRDBH de l’Etat de Genève) This is independent from the form used to make your reservation online!
You will need to show a valid government issued ID or passport.
Once you have registered, you will be given a Geneva transport card. Free travel using the public transport system during your entire stay!
An electronic locker is included with your bed.
A night’s rest is observed from 10:30pm until 7am.
People not staying in the hostel, are not allowed on the premises.
Breakfast is included and it is served from 6.30am - 9am. You must show your receipt in order to take breakfast.
Check-out can be done anytime before 10am. A day locker is available when you check out for a 2.- CHF fee.
Request for groups and families with more than 10 people
Group reservations: More than 10 people.

Under comments: You can define if you need twin rooms for leaders. You can also request meals such as picnic, lunch and dinner (a minimum of 20 people are needed for a warm meal, lunch and dinner)
An offer will be sent to you once we have processed your request.
In order to make the request definite, we ask you to make a payment of a third of the total stay.
If you decide to decline the offer, we ask you kindly to cancel the offer. Otherwise if the offer suits your needs, you are asked to make a deposit payment in due time.
Modifications to your reservation are to be made by writing.
Your stay
Check-in starts at 2 pm. If you arrive prior to the time of check-in, we will provide a location to drop off your luggage.
On arrival, a form containing all your personal information is to be completed by the group leader.
Members of the group must complete a list of the group. It can be made in advance to save time. Download the form here.
